Return and Refund Policy
At MotionNeon , we do everything we can to ensure that you are satisfied with your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can benefit from our return and refund policy under certain conditions.
1. Return of products
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return the purchased products, provided that they are in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. The products must be returned with all original labels and accessories.
Personalized products (neon signs with custom text or design) cannot be returned, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
Return costs:
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or we made an error in the order.
2. Defective or incorrect products
If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect product, we promise to provide you with a replacement. You must contact us within 5 days of receiving the order to report any defects, damages or errors. We will ask you for photos of the defective or damaged product and packaging to process your request.

- After validation, we suggest the steps to follow to return the product, and we organize the replacement.
3. Reimbursement
Once the product has been returned and inspected, we will refund the entire order, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days . The refund will be made to the same payment method used when ordering.
Exceptions:
- If the product is returned damaged, used or without its original packaging, a partial refund may be applied.
- Return costs, except in the case of defective product or error on our part, are not refundable.
4. Non-returnable products
The following products cannot be returned, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or error on our part:
- Customized products (neon signs with specific text or pattern).
- Products damaged by improper use or handling.
5. Return process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service at Motionneon7@gmail.com to report your wish to return a product.
- Indicate your order number and the reasons for the return.
- After receiving our authorization, you will return the product to the following address:

- Keep proof of shipment for any possible claims.
