These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern all sales of products made on the MotionNeon website. By placing an order on our website, you accept these conditions without reservation.

The sales contract is only validated once payment has been made.

We only deliver to the countries listed on our website. Delivery times vary depending on the product and the delivery method chosen, generally between 5 and 7 working days for products in stock.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of the order and will be displayed during the order process.

In the event of a delay in delivery, we cannot be held responsible for the consequences caused by this delay.

7. Right of withdrawal and returns

In accordance with current legislation, you have a right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of your order to return the products in their original condition (packaging intact, unused). The return costs are your responsibility, except in the case of a defective product.

Personalized products cannot be returned unless a manufacturing defect is found.

8. Warranty

Our products have a 2-year warranty against any manufacturing defect. This warranty covers the repair or replacement of the product, but does not cover damage due to misuse or accident.
